Fabrication and Characterization of Dextranase Nano-Entrapped Enzymes in Polymeric Particles Using a Novel Ultrasonication–Microwave Approach

In the current study, a novel method to improve nano-entrapment of enzymes into Ca-alginate gel was investigated determine synergistic effects ultrasound combined with microwave shock (UMS). The UMS treatment on dextranase enzymes’ loading effectiveness (LE) and immobilization yield (IY) were investigated. By using FT-IR spectra SEM, microstructure immobilized enzyme (IE) characterized. Additionally, free used as control compare reusability enzyme-kinetics characteristics IEs produced without treatments. results demonstrated that highest LE IY obtained when IE US 40 W at 25 kHz for 15 min an MS 60 rate 20 s/min min, increasing by 97.32 78.25%, respectively, compared prepared treatment. comparison control, dramatically raised Vmax, KM, catalytic, specificity constant values IE. outcomes suggested combination would be efficient way in biopolymer gel.
